The 'install' target should create '$(pkgsysconfdir)/internal' directory. A few
generated data files by HTTP like 'cache-control.dat', 'hdrtoken.dat',
'months.dat', 'days.dat' and saved config files e.g. 'hostdb.config' are stored
here. 'stats.snap' file will be here unless patch for TS-21 is applied.
