Talking to search briefly, they say that sometimes, but not always, restarting
Traffic Server "fixes" the problem. But their solution is currently clear the
entire cache every so often (~2-3 weeks).
They run TS in a forward proxy mode, and probably churn the disk cache much
more than, for example, our CDN usage.
