I have set this up on Buildbot. It builds a RAT report along with your other
builds at every commit.
The RAT reports are published to
http://ci.apache.org/projects/traffic-server/rat-output.txt
To make this more accurate, an excludes file should be added to your svn, I can
then configure
Buildbot to use that file.
