Last patch was prepared a little to quickly :-(
This updated patch replaces TS-6_traffic_manager_patch3.diff
patch -p0 -i TS-6_traffic_manager_patch4.diff
It addresses 2 more cases of TS_ROOT instead of ATS_ROOT.
