4. Versioning of include dir
[ ] No versioning, just plain ${prefix}/include/${name}
[ ] Versioning of the include directory, with no wrappers. So, just
${prefix}/include/${name}{$version}
[ ] Install into a versioned directory like
${prefix}/include/${name}/${version}, and wrappers into
${prefix}/include/${name}.
[ ] Like above, but put the wrappers into ${prefix}/include/
As an example of the new versioning option, it could be
/usr/local/include/trafficserver2/ts_api.h )
