I propose that we change the prefix for the APIs, #define, filenames,
etc from INK_ to TS_. We would keep the same case.
As long as we do it on the time schedules proposed by john (which would
be on the 2.1 release, just before we branch for 2.2), +1 from me.
Remember this is a lot of documentation changes as well, so we need to
give Diane and Miles (or anyone else who wants to volunteer work on
docs) ample time to update the docs. We should start that work as soon
as 2.0.0 is released.
