We need to include the AL2 license blurb in the libev files, and make sure that
the NOTICE and LICENSE files are properly up-to-date with the BSD inclusions. I
believe the general recommendation is to attach the AL2 license to the libev
files, since the whole purpose of including this source is for our own
modifications to the source, and those modifications should be covered by AL2.
