On RHEL4, pcre headers are in the /usr/include/pcre directory, i.e.
<pcre/pcre.h>. This has already been fixed on trunk (one of the fixes from the
dev branch), but I'd like to fix this for the 2.0.0 "final" release. Attaching
a fix for this "issue" alone.
