Yes. That option to remap.config was added for this exact reason: Almost all flash video players I know of relies on the response having a Content-Length: header, but ATS (with Chunking enabled, which is a good thing) will turn those CL: headers into chunked responses. This breaks any video player feature that relies on knowing the length, such as "fast forwarding".
