It's not a full report, just test results, with links back to the test case descriptions. I recollect discussing these kind of things with Alex back in 2007 when I first hacked up the scripts for producing these summaries from the full reports. It's all about him wanting a single point of contact rather than potentially having a whole bunch of apache developers firing questions and comments at him (or so I understand).
