Hi folks,

I just let cppcheck[1] run against our code base (trunk)
and this is the result:

  http://blag.esotericsystems.at/igor/hacks/traffic-server/cppcheck.log

This is similar in concept and spirit to GCC's -Weffc++[2] but probably
easier for us or outside contributors to integrate with, as it requires
no adaption of our current configure.ac script.

The ultimate goal might be code clean up, so much, maybe that we can run
standard (or just --enable-debug) builds with -Weffc++

We could propose this as project
  https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TS/Projects
Open a JIRA and let who ever is interested in this lose on it.

Thoughts?
