I'm going to move the trafficserver-plugins.git repo to the main repo, under plugins/experimental (or some other name, open to suggestions). The idea is to be able to more easily manage these plugins, without affecting releases and builds (i.e. several of those plugins don't build, and are certainly not suitable for being pacakged up).
