Hi Yongming, What should we do about Vmap for clustering? We have 2 issues tracking the fact that this is broken...

TS-1734 has a patch that partially removes Vmap so that it doesn't call the
missing vip_config tool. If vmap is not needed for clustering, then my
preference would be to remove it entirely, but I don't know enough about
clustering to know what the right thing to do is here ...
