The only (minor) changes are the two bugs above. I'm not restarting the entire 
vote process, but will call the votes on v4.0.1 on Friday EOB. Please cast your 
votes again even if you already voted for v4.0.0, to make sure we get consensus 
on this candidate.

Note that v4.0.0 is blown, and doesn't exist. 4.0.1 is the next stable release, 
and hopefully what we will release on Friday.
