why does TSIOBufferReaderCopy(...) can not be reached in api

Hi all:

    I always make deep string copy from TSIOBuffer to continuous memory,
but I  found that the function TSIOBufferReaderCopy(…) can not be reached
in api, is there any other method can do this?
