The section of release project plan is horribly outdated. I think for now, I’d 
like to remove this section entirely (see below) and move the release 
management page to a more prominent section as well.

We can discuss at the Summit if we should revisit actually trying to have a 
release plan goal for each major version, or just keep winging it like we have 
for the least 3 major releases. I’m obviously a favor of a plan, but the 
requires buy-in from not just individuals, but some of the bigger corporations 
that are driving ATS development.
