We are planning to create the 10.2.x branch next Monday after the review meeting. If you have an open PR that you want to be in 10.2 (vs 11.0) then please work to get that merged by the end of the PR review meeting on Feb. 9th. After that, we will only accept bug fixes and documentation changes to be picked into 10.2 so that branch can be stable as soon as possible for the release planned in March.
