We're about 3 weeks out from the Fedora 45 branch from rawhide, and ATS is currently dropped because it's impossible to build without the long-dead libpcre. (ATS is not available in EPEL 10 for the same reason.)
PCRE updates had a target of 10.2 and the fixes do seem to be merged -- is there a proposed release date yet? I'd rather not try to backport the PCRE patches (and I have grave concerns asking Claude to do it).
