I tend to agree that it is better to get Centos7 testing in place and going and 
skip a test or two in that environment, if that is what is holding it up.

As long as a jira is filed to indicate that more work is needed to fix those 
things.

Sorry, I don't have enough time on this one. The regression failure is in UDR, 
a very complicated TMUDF fail, I cannot figure out the reason yet.
So if possible, I would like to remove those URD test for CentOS7 now, and we 
try to fix it asap, but without this test, more and more code check in, and 
some not compatible with CentOS 7,
I am now continously try to build Trafodion on centOS 7, but if this PR merged, 
I don't need to do that :-)
The blocking issue is in TMUDF, I need a lot of time to understand it.
So I suggest to remove those failed test for now. Or we have to wait for me to 
find more time on this.

I really hope Trafodion can support CentOS 7 in the coming R2.3 release.
