Installed Cloudera 5.4 with Kerberos and LDAP
Built tools directory and compiled source from source tar package.
Ran python installer to install compiled source
Was able to start trafodion and perform SQL operations.
It would be good to update the contributors pages and remove the "incubator"
references since we are a top level product.
