Yes, the first one of your links. Should we move the "Make Changes" section
of "Getting Started" to a separate chapter, after 13 (Modify Web Site) or
14 (Modify WIki)? Also, the existing items 15 and 16, maybe they belong
someplace else, in a "Committer workflow" wiki, as they aren't something
regular contributors do?
