Hortonworks may remove artifact for specific build (2950 in our case) maybe? Anyway, maven return error 500, internal error, maybe a temp error. I will try it later next week to see if it can recover. But I think Trafodion does not care about a specific HDP build number, we just need HDP 2.3 as general. It will be too strict to say, you must install HDP 2.3.2.0 build 2950.
