Good point, that doesn't really say very much. I wanted to express that not 
everyone felt we are ready for TLP. Can we change it to the following:

We had discussions about our readiness to graduate. Many people feel that we 
are ready, others felt that we should get more diverse contributors first.

And, no, we didn't vote for any new committers or PPMC members last quarter.
