trafodion is not initialized error?

Hi Trafodioneers,
I am debugging an SPJ. To do so, I am running it from client using T4 driver on 
my dev build.
When invoked from client with T4 I am getting SQL error trafodion is not 
initialized, run initialize trafodion. But I do know that it was initialized, I 
can use SQLCI without problem, and the SPJ would run using the T2 driver 
without problem too.
Does that error sound familiar to someone?
