Hi Bin, you can try the following command: sqcheck
If this shows any services that are "down", then do the following: sqstop sqstart In case the sqstop command hangs for more than two minutes, kill it with CTRL-C and run the following command before sqstart: ckillall Let us know whether that works for you. You need to run all these commands under the trafodion id. But now I cannot run `trafci` any more. I didn't change anything. The outputs of the command are as follows. Welcome to Apache Trafodion Command Interface Copyright (c) 2015-2017 Apache Software Foundation using jline: false Host Name/IP Address: localhost:23400 User Name: zz *** ERROR[1] The message id: as_connect_message_error With parameters: server handle not available Does anyone know what is going on here? Thanks. Bin
