Greetings all,

I've been working with the newly formed ghactions team to create an
asciidoc GitHub Actions Job that handles most of the technical bits when
building an asciidoc presentation with RevealJS.

Having used the existing system, one thing I noticed is that the technical
barrier for locally building the site is higher than it should be to
accommodate writer-first volunteers (i.e. not developers). I'd like to see
if there is any interest here in offloading the bulk of the work to GitHub
such that creating, editing, and presenting generated slide decks is easier
and more approachable.

Please let me know your thoughts.
