Please indicate whether you wish to remain on the PMC of the TLP upon 
graduation.

I think it’s reasonable to assume that 1) anyone who does *not* respond in 72 
hours (ie, by some time Monday?) is not involved enough to remain on the PMC 
but that 2) if they show up later, we’d be willing/eager to go ahead and 
welcome them back.

I very much expect that we’ll have a fairly low bar to Committer/PMC member, 
going forward, since this is *primarily* a documentation project, and 
enthusiasm, engagement, and the ability to write, will weigh more than deep 
technical skills. So I’m not deeply concerned about getting the first draft of 
the PMC membership “right”, since we can easily amend it in the future.

Does this seem reasonable to everyone?
