Hi Justin, Thanks for reminding. Indeed, the discussions should be documented directly in the mail list, not in a Feishu link. The apps like Feishu and Tencent Meeting are not the formal communication of our community. It's belongs to some personal behavior.
>From the PMC side, we do not forbid these private communication(by any apps, at any time, or just face to face), but recommend contributors to publish the discussions result (plain text) to our mail list without any access trouble.
