1. For topicInfos in heartbeart response looks like below pattern:
```
topicInfos: "tboy#2130706433:4:1"
```
so DataConverterUtil#convertTopicInfo don't need to split ARRAY_SEP
2. fix some typos
```
topicNam -> topicName
paritionListMap -> partitionListMap
```
