1. use IllegalArgumentException instead of Exception:
- TubeClientConfig
- MasterInfo
2. fix some typos :
isPrimaryNodeActived -> isPrimaryNodeActive

reqQureyPriorityId -> qryPriorityId
unFlushDataHoldHold -> unFlushDataHold
