For now, we have a contribution guide
[here|http://tubemq.apache.org/en-us/docs/contribution.html], but it seems has
not finished yet.
I think consummate it and add it to README is a good choice.
We can also add some other thins to README suck as TubeMQ's features and links
to guide documents under
[/docs|https://github.com/apache/incubator-tubemq/tree/master/docs], etc.
