isEqutal -> isEqual
maxMsgTrnsSize -> maxMsgTransferSize
2. update comments
- FileSegment#append : delete Chinese comment
- FileSegment#checkAndSetExpired : delete Chinese comment
- FileSegmentList#findSegment: delete Chinese comment, add English
