1. The producer SDK can be able to send data to the specied partitions;
2. The producer SDK should support data compression, serialization designation,
and information carrying to facilitate expansion;
3. For the data, it must be able to specify whether to maintain the order
relationship of the partitions at the time of acceptance to allow
cross-partition consumption.
