I understand what you means, there is no uniform standard between each project,
but each project will have a standard.
So I think ,when modifying the project code, we need to first import the
project's encoding format specification, or compile and check before submitting
the code to determine whether the modification result is consistent with the
project's encoding specification and then submit the modification result.
