As [~netroby] above suggestion, Why not named with Community? Later we will add
a Community page to show the community's dynamics, such News/Team about TubeMQ,
and the Development page is mainly used to show documents related to
developers/users. This is also consistent with most ASF projects, such as
kylin/DolphinScheduler etc.
