Summary: Duplicate dependency of jettty in tuber-server pom file

There are two dependency of jettty config in tuber-server pom.xml, it will
produce some warns like below when build your project.
Some problems were encountered while building the effective model for
org.apache.tubemq:tubemq-server:jar:0.5.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT
'dependencies.dependency.(groupId:artifactId:type:classifier)' must be unique:
org.mortbay.jetty:jetty:jar -> duplicate declaration of version (?) @ line 186,
column 21
It is highly recommended to fix these problems because they threaten the
stability of your build.
For this reason, future Maven versions might no longer support building such
malformed projects.
