The repository address is invalid, and is adjusted to the new address
For the discussion on the third-party version's old dependency and the unstable
third-party download address, please see my and [~netroby]'s question exchange
in [https://github.com/apache/incubator-tubemq/pull/133]. Next, we will
gradually upgrade the production environment to a newer version, after
verifying that there is no problem, upgrade the third-party version, until the
newer stable version.
