The je need download from
https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/related/berkeleydb-java-edition-release-history.html,
the je is a important component in TubeMQ, if there is no obvious abnormality,
such as the data loss in version 7.3.7, generally we do not upgrade it
frequently.
