hi [~netroby] , we generally discuss some things through the mail list instead
of issue, it is not suitable for making a decision in issue.
I have send a [DISCUSS] mail to `dev @ tubemq.apache.org`, If no objection, I
will apply to ASF to create a new mail list. Thanks
