Adjust the TUBEMQ-433 implementation of this part:
1. The existing content of Example should not be overwritten, and Cli should
exist independently to avoid the inability to execute the Cli command after the
example is modified;
2. The Example package should not contain sh scripts, which are directly
similar to other MQs it only needs to exist in the installation package;
3. Adjust the naming of the Cli script, this part is not a performance test,
but a very convenient production and consumption test command.
