We just talked about it, the NOTICE file still refers to Torque (my
fault) and we need binary and source distributions ("maven dist").
IMO download link at the download.xml page could refer to
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/turbine instead of just
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi but that is a matter of taste.
Please add the PGP key you used for signing to the KEYS file at
/www/www.apache.org/dist/turbine/KEYS.
