looking at the release ...
1) http://people.apache.org/~hoffmann/turbine/cvs-usage.html is pointing
to the to the 2_3 branch and not 2_3_3
2) I don't get the change log plugin to work - fails with some odd error
message - maybe we should remove the whole section
I think 1) should be fixed before doing a release ....
