Hi Jeffery,
confirmed - when looking at maven-turbine-plugin-1.3.jar there are
indeed two "versions" sections.
When looking at the file
(http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/turbine/core/trunk/extensions/maven-plugin/project.xml?revision=729746&view=markup)
I can't see any duplicates so that has been fixed.
