Hi, I had to rollback the previous candidate RC2 once again as the tag was not generated appropriately.
It has been https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/turbine/maven/archetypes/tags/turbine-webapp-4.0-1.0.1/ turbine-webapp-4.0, not https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/turbine/maven/archetypes/tags/turbine-webapp-4.0-1.0.1/ . Because the tag already existed and I did not remove the tag manually, which would have thrown an error, I did not spotted it doing the release. I made a small correction in pom.xml, and added another README for a common error in maven executing, all other artifacts being unchanged.
