All the mailing list, svn, references were fixed. All incubator references
should be removed by now, The webysite sync scripts were adjusted.
Most of things are done, the two items left are :
- Work with infrastructure to migrate archives from old discussion lists to
new discussion list archive.
- Wrok with infrastructure to get Tuscany moved from incubator project list
to apache project list.
- Configure confluence to send notification to new list e-mail address.
