I've noticed that a 1.4-SNAPSHOT version has crept into
/binding-ws-xml/pom.xm. I also don't see binding-ws-wsdlgen in
modules/pom.xml. This probably worked locally if you had a local
1.4-SNAPSHOT version. Can you confirm?

My apologies for these mistakes. The code did build cleanly for
me in my local environment. The following problems need to be
corrected:
1. Fix 1.4-SNAPSHOT in binding-ws-xml/pom.xml
2. Fix 1.4-SNAPSHOT (many times) in binding-ws-wsdlgen/pom.xml
3. Add missing binding-ws-wsdlgen to modules/pom.xml.
