Attachment: domain_manager_integration
I removed the previous content and added the page contents of the domain
manager to the ACE. Four html files were added and two jsps were removed.
Home.jsp is still available and modified accordingly.
The styles defined in the manager.css are not applied properly. Currently
working on it.
