I assume you want to develop policy handlers. Unfortunately there is no
document available yet. The tuscany-logging-policy can be a good example to
help you create your own. Maybe we can help specific questions as you go and
you can document all the steps and contribute it back to Tuscany?

I want to develop an extension based upon tuscany-policy logging. Is it
possible to develop (such) an extension which is independent from the
implementation or binding type? I've already searched the developers guide
and the mailing list archive with no success. Maybe somebody has an idea
