As the notifications are going to start being sent to the mailing list
again i think we should have all committers able to kick off new
continuum builds so they're able to verify if the build is fixed. If not
I'll try i'll raise a JIRA to get my id going again but might as well
include anyone else on that one JIRA as well, I'll also try to get some
Tuscany admin's so we can do this ourselves in future without JIRAs.
I would like to have Continuum admin powers to be able to do this.

so we are going to see only the Tuscany project if you are loged in.
1.To unlock account : Create a Infra JIRA like this one
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-1616
2.To create account : on the upper left corner there is a register
link, after you are registered, please let me know and I can try
adding you to the group (I couldn't before)... otherwise you would
have to create another JIRA for infra.
