The Tuscany Atom binding example collection should provide a unique feed Id (as
required by the Atom Syndication Protocol specification
(http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4287) and also a true updated field. The updated
field of the field will be invaluable in testing Atom Last-Modified for feeds
as requested for TUSCANY-2477.
